Your friends form an integral part of your life and future. There is the saying that goes, "Show me your friends and I will say who you are". It is no magic to think or say such because our friends actually account for the most of our motivations and discouragements in life.

Sometimes it is ok to just walk away and understand no one has the key to your destiny but you.

I took that brave step some years back to become exceptional and behold I faced all the above and more, because I was castigated by the very people I trusted, but guess what? None of that really matters because I have gone up the ladder and they now look up to what I'm capable of.
